Steel prices is also going up. Steel is beeing used in concrete reinforcements and roof constructions. Indoors construction is from January 1st, 2006 15 950 Baht per sqm. Outdoors construction under roof (Teraces and car-ports): in connection with main construction: 6 900 Baht per sqm. This is with Real Estates Hua Hin's good standard which means marble floors, roof insulation etc. Extra for one point water heater 8000 Baht Landscaping with grass 100 Baht per sqm. Sand washed surface 650 Baht extra per sqm. Air conditioning in bedroom (9 000BTU) 19 000 Baht Air conditioning lounge (23 000BTU) 34 000 Baht Stainless water tank with pump. 22 000 Baht Sattelite-dish with BBC without monthly charges 16 000 Baht. Index is re-established. Index for 2006 is currently 1% per month. When the first payment for construction has been received, the index is locked and will be used during the entire construction. |
